Copyright Policy
The authors reserve the right to the authorship of their own publication and transfer to the scientific and practical collected volume “Forensic Herald” the right to first publish their publication licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License. It allows other persons to freely distribute this published material with a mandatory reference to the authors of the original and the first publication of the article in this collected volume.
Authors have the right to enter into an independent additional agreement on non-exclusive distribution of their publication in the form published in the collected volume. For example, to place the article in the repository of the institution, or publish it as a part of a monograph, provided that the link to the first publication of the article in this collected volume is preserved.
The policy of collected volume allows the author(s) to post the manuscript of the article on the Internet (for example, in electronic repositories of institutions or on personal websites), both before submitting this manuscript to the editorial board and during its editorial processing, since it contributes to a productive scientific discussion and has a positive impact on the efficiency and dynamics of citation of the published article.
