Considered the way of life and creative activity of the DSc (Law), Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Academician of the International Slavic Academy of Sciences, Colonel of the Police Resigned Andrey Vladimirovich Ishchenko (August 24, 1951 – April 26, 2019) – a well-known Ukrainian scientist-criminalist, founder of a scientific school, researcher the history and the modern world of criminology, a talented teacher, manager, criminalist.
