Abstract

The scientific work distincts conceptual and methodological lace to address the issues of forensic examination of video and sound records in conditions of technical transformation of modern society. Here are stress complexity and phasing of conduction of different types of videophonogram with editing features analysis, which give the opportunity to identify a person by voice and speech. It also presents the possibilities of linguistic analysis as an important compound of the research. The major theoretical points of the article are described on the example of videophonograms with editing features research, by means of which was performed the identification of a person by voice and speech. Here are also specified stages of different types of analysis conduction, comparing of their results reasoning of made decision. Here is
also emphasized the expediency of linguistic analysis usage which may complement the set of features revealed by instrumental analysis the same as may have dominant significance in decision making process in some conditions.
