THE SPECIFIC FEATURES OF INVESTIGATOR'S INTERACTION WITH OTHER UNITS DURING THE CRIME INVESTIGATION RELATED TO ANIMAL ABUSE

Abstract

The features of investigators' interactions with other (operational, forensic expert, etc.) during the investigation of crimes related to cruelty to animals are singled out in the article. The author provides details of their interaction and explains its basic forms. In particular, the interaction with forensic expert is of especial importance, since without the expert's conclusion about the cause of the animal's death, about caused to her corporal injuries or about the improper maintenance of the animal, such facts cannot be prosecuted under the article 299 «Cruelty to animals» of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
