THE ACTUAL ASPECTS OF FORENSIC EXAMINATION OF THE DOCUMENTS WITH CHANGED ORIGINAL CONTENT

Abstract

The article reveals the traditional and other ("modern") methods of document forgery, in particular, the addition of requisites of authentic documents with new records without preliminary removal of primary details, as well as requisites, changed mechanically. The traditional classification is supplemented with the following methods of forgery, such as masking the previous requisites (records) with a white substance like a stationery corrector and discoloration of handwritten notes strokes by using writing devices with disappearing ink to make them, and making changes in the form of applications. The recommendations for determining the fact of making a document using the methods of editing in solving diagnostic tasks of forensic technical document examination are formed. It was emphasized on the necessity
of developing a single conceptual apparatus, the launch of a single systematic, and even a comprehensive methodology for the study of such documents.
