IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN EUROPEAN STANDARDS INTO THE STAFF TRAINING SYSTEM OF THE STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract

On the issues of documents examinations in modern conditions of realization of Ukraine’s aspiration to European integration, when the implementation of different mechanisms of counteraction against threats for national security becomes more and more currently topical, which are related to the efforts to cross the national borders of Ukraine by individuals with forged documents, within the framework of European norms and standards implementation and also within integration of modern experience of border services of the EU member states on the performance of border control, practical recommendation on the implementation to the system of training of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine of the modern European approaches to training, retraining, upgrade of qualification of the professionals
on the issues of the document examination, which may be used while developing rules and regulations, which may determine conceptual approaches to the further growth of the potential and the upgrade of the efficiency of the personnel training system of the border service concerning disclosure of the forged documents.
